Paul is a distinguished real estate professional with a track-record totaling over $30 Billion in both buy-side and sell-side commercial real estate transactions. His expertise spans asset sales, acquisitions, recapitalizations, financings, and asset management.

Gillen has worked across all property types, handling investments throughout the capital stack and across the risk-reward spectrum. He is renowned for his superior analytical and structuring skills, with a deep understanding of the factors that drive asset value and how real estate and capital markets impact that value.

Before founding PG Real Estate, Paul held leadership positions at Hodges Ward Elliott, CBRE, Morgan Stanley, and UBS. He holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University. He is an active board member and guest lecturer at the Georgetown University Steers Center for Global Real Estate
